· Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.

· Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns

· Manage and help to manger accounts in monthly financial closing process to ensure all costs incurred, vendors/supplier and customer invoices are properly recorded, review journal entries, bank and account payable/receivable balances reconciliations etc.

· To prepare annual company financial statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards and other rules and regulations for audit purposes.

· Coordinate with Manger Finance and provide support to prepare data as per the requirement of external auditors.

· Responsible to coordinate with external auditors and answer their queries for timely completion of audit process.

· To assist controller finance to prepare consolidated financial statements of the group.

Corporate Matters:

· To coordinate with consultant to ensure the requirements of company laws including submission of form-29, From-A and other related information have been timely submitted to authorities.

· To ensure proper compliance of corporate laws with respect to timely submission of annual corporate return including form-A and audited financial statements.

· To ensure the timely conducting the Annual General Meeting of board of directors and draft minutes of meeting of board of directors.

· To make sure the compliance of other rules and regulations of SECP.

Tax matters:

· To make sure the proper compliance of income tax laws and to review data of withholding income tax deducted and deposited during the month.

· To assist to Manager Finance in compilation of data against any notice issued by FBR with respect to annual withholding tax reconciliation/recovery notices and tax audit etc.

· To make sure the proper compliance of sales tax laws and rules and regulations.

· To make sure the compliance of other rules and regulations of FBR with respect to Sales Tax.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs140,000.00 per month
