Job Overview:

Funprime Technology is seeking an experienced
Accounts Manager
with a strong background in
tech industry financial operations
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
salary management
,
taxation (national & international)
, and
audit processes
. This role demands accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    entire accounting operations
    including payroll, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Handle
    salary structures
    and
    compensation management
    specific to the
    IT/tech sector
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    national and international taxation laws
    and handle tax filings accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain
    audit reports
    , coordinate with internal/external auditors, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee
    accounts payable and receivable
    ,
    bank reconciliations
    , and
    expense management
    .
  • Develop and implement
    financial policies and controls
    to maintain transparency and efficiency.
  • Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
    (CA/ACCA/ICMA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience
    as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant, preferably in a
    technology company
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    salary and payroll management
    for tech employees.
  • Proven expertise in
    taxation laws
    (Pakistan and international).
  • Hands-on experience with
    audit preparation and coordination
    .
  • Proficiency in
    accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar)
    .
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
