Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan Development:
  • Based on the assessment, they create customized pest management plans, considering the specific pests, their habits, and the environment.
  • Treatment Application:
  • PCOs apply various methods, including chemical treatments (like insecticides), baiting systems, traps, and physical barriers (like sealing cracks and gaps) to eliminate pests.
  • Communication:
  • Clear and effective communication with clients about the pest control process, including treatment plans, safety precautions, and prevention measures, is crucial.
  • Record Keeping:
  • PCOs maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and outcomes to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations, as well as for insurance purposes.

Qualifications
