Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a LinkedIn Community Builder, located in Islamabad. The LinkedIn Community Builder will be responsible for managing and growing the Executives Diary's LinkedIn community. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with community members, creating and posting relevant content, monitoring discussions, and analyzing engagement metrics. The role also involves identifying and reaching out to potential community members, facilitating meaningful conversations, and ensuring a positive community experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with social media management, particularly LinkedIn
  • Content creation and curation skills
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in community management is a plus
