About the Role:

We're looking for a proven, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist fully focused (100%) on

LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter who can deliver high-quality leads consistently — no fluff, no excuses.

If you don't have a strong track record of lead generation success on these platforms, this role is not for

you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect with, and qualify decision-makers and high-value prospects via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns with clear conversion goals on all three platforms.

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram tools, Twitter search, and other platforms to build accurate lead lists.

  • Track, measure, and report on outreach and conversion performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • Continuously refine targeting and messaging to improve results on each platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on lead generation experience on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets on these platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram lead generation tactics, and Twitter outreach best practices.

  • Excellent written communication skills tailored for each social platform.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and laser-focused on delivering results.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram direct outreach, and Twitter engagement tools.

  • Ability to craft personalized, platform-specific outreach messages that convert.

  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret multi-platform campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

  • Excellent CRM usage and lead tracking capabilities.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle simultaneous campaigns on three platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Performance Expectation:

  • This is a results-first role — your performance will be measured by leads generated and qualified opportunities created across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, not by hours spent.
