DescriptionDo you know how to turn a LinkedIn connection into a paying client?
We're looking for a Business Development Executive with specialized expertise in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
Role Overview:
As our LinkedIn Sales & Outreach Specialist, you will manage and grow company and client LinkedIn accounts to build relationships, generate leads, and close high-value B2B deals for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize LinkedIn profiles (for agency and leadership)
Perform daily manual outreach: connection requests, follow-ups, messaging
Generate qualified leads through conversation and relationship building
Create and manage content calendars (optional but a plus)
Track responses, build sales pipelines, and maintain CRM data
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) to align strategy
Represent Crawlbytes professionally in all LinkedIn communication
Ideal Candidate Has:
1+ year experience in LinkedIn B2B outreach / sales
Strong written communication and client-handling skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Knowledge of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, paid ads, etc.)
Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting outreach progress
Bonus: Cold emailing experience is a plus
