Job Location: Islamabad

Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduate (B.Com, BBA) with 4-6 Years relevant experience

Salary : 75, ,000

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely payment of miscellaneous expenses such as bills, subscriptions, and memberships.

Coordinating with stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and vendors.

Assisting in legal matters by providing necessary data and documentation.

Making visits outside the office as and when required for business meetings or other purposes.

Ensuring timely vehicle maintenance, inspections, check log book, and managing vehicle insurance renewals along with claims applications.

Managing Shell card arrangements, fuel payments, and lease agreement preparations and renewals.

Coordinating with security company services and ensuring staff safety and office safety from fire and other hazards.

Managing vendor finalization and payments, including proposal collection (RFQ/RFP), purchase order preparation, and payment verification.

Coordinating with different departments and vendors for meetings and issue resolution.

Assigning daily jobs, and providing feedback to staff and coordinating with regional admin staff for different regional admin issues.

Managing corporate registration and compliance with ETO/professional tax, police clearance, and other government duties.

Overseeing construction and maintenance work, including RFP/RFQ collection, material purchasing, work monitoring, and payment processes.

Liaising with mobile operators, managing new connections, and changing package plans for call and data usage.

Managing air ticketing and hotel reservations, including RFP/RFQ collection, booking, and payment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75, Rs100,000.00 per month
