Job Description

We are hiring a Process Engineer / Shift Engineer to oversee production operations and lab testing, ensuring consistent high-quality output. The role combines plant process monitoring with laboratory oversight, offering exposure to both operational control and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect machinery, processes, and production lines
  • Conduct chemical compound tests (moisture, bulk density, sieving)
  • Manage lab chemicals, equipment, and weighing sections
  • Interpret PLC concepts and PID diagrams for process control
  • Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards
  • Support start-up, shutdown, and maintenance activities

Qualifications

  • Education: DAE Chemical or BSc Chemical Engineering

Experience: 1–2 years in chemical/process industry
