We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Consultant with expertise in Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions to enhance business processes. This role requires deep functional knowledge, hands-on experience in SAP implementations, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP, PM, and QM modules.

· Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

· Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices for SAP S/4HANA adoption.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality departments.

· Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business needs.

· Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.

· Troubleshoot system issues and optimize SAP functionalities.

· Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and integrations.

· Support testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practice.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP, PM and QM Consultant.

· Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.

· Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, maintenance, and quality.

· Proficiency in SAP configuration, master data management, and integration with other modules.

· Knowledge of Fiori applications, SAP Activate methodology, and ABAP debugging is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
