Job Title: SAP Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Administrator to manage, monitor, and support the company's SAP environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of SAP systems, provide user support, manage configurations, and coordinate with functional and technical teams for smooth SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain SAP systems (SAP Business One, or other modules as applicable).
  • Monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and ensure high availability of SAP applications.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations (SAP security).
  • Support SAP functional modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP) in coordination with consultants and key users.
  • Handle transport management (CTS), client administration, and system refreshes.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and updates to SAP systems as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate with SAP support teams, vendors, or partners for issue resolution and service delivery.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity, backup management, and system compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Assist in SAP project implementations, migrations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Administrator or SAP Basis Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, user/security management, and system architecture.
  • Experience with SAP GUI, SAP Solution Manager, and database platforms (Oracle, HANA, SQL).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FICO, or S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
