Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Processing Officer located in Rawalpindi Cantonment. The Processing Officer will be responsible for assisting students with the application process, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with universities and visa offices, updating clients on their application status, and maintaining organized records of all cases. The role will also involve providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient application experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Experience in the education consultancy field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
