Responsibilities
-End-to-end mobile delivery: architecture implementation testing release.

-Run a weekly release train (TestFlight/Play tracks) and ship hotfixes via OTA.

-Build offline-first features (SQLite/WatermelonDB/MMKV), background sync, push (FCM/APNs), and deep links (Universal/App Links).

-Set up CI/CD (fastlane/EAS), manage feature flags, and track crash/performance (Sentry) and analytics.

-Ensure app security & privacy aligned with healthcare standards (PII minimisation, secure storage).

-Collaborate with our + MongoDB team; consume Swagger-generated typed APIs.

Requirements
-5+ years in React Native + TypeScript with 2+ apps in production.

-Strong problem-solving and ownership; love debugging tricky edge cases.

-Hands-on with React Navigation, React Query, React Hook Form, and performance profiling.

-Native iOS/Android know-how: build configs, certificates/keystores, permissions.

-Store operations: App Store Connect, Google Play Console, staged rollouts.

-CI/CD with fastlane or Expo EAS, source maps/dSYMs, env/secret management.

-OTA updates via CodePush or Expo Updates (and knowing their limits).

-Experience with Sentry (or similar) for crashes, errors, and release health.
