Job Opportunity: React Native Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a React Native Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building mobile applications from scratch, integrating APIs, and ensuring smooth performance across Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with our design, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement features and UI/UX designs.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, Firebase services, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth functionality across multiple devices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in React Native development (at least 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience with Redux / Context API for state management.
  • Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Push Notifications).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with mobile debugging, performance tuning, and testing tools.
  • Knowledge of native Android/iOS development (Java/Kotlin or Swift) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with React Navigation, animations (Reanimated, Lottie).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile apps.
  • Understanding of security best practices in mobile development.
  • Previous work on real-time chat, payment integration, or marketplace apps is a big advantage.
