About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative Creative Associate to join Bayut Studios' fast-paced creative production team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker with strong skills in conceptualizing, presenting, and executing creative ideas for marketing campaigns and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for campaigns, videos and other creative assets.
  • Develop creative concepts and presentations that effectively communicate ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Write engaging scripts for TVCs, digital ads, teasers, hype videos and branded content.
  • Collaborate with creative managers, designers, editors, and VFX artists to bring ideas to life.
  • Assist in creating storyboards and mood boards to visualize concepts clearly.
  • Research industry trends and integrate fresh, innovative approaches into creative outputs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Support in developing campaign taglines, slogans, and narrative-driven content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    media sciences, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in a creative, advertising, or production environment.
  • Strong
    scriptwriting, copywriting, and storytelling
    skills.
  • Excellent command over
    conceptual presentation
    (PowerPoint/Keynote, or equivalent tools).
  • Ability to think
    visually and narratively
    , with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a
    collaborative yet demanding environment
    .

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with
    real estate marketing
    or brand storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of
    design or video editing tools
    (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) to better collaborate with production teams.
  • Experience in
    pitching ideas
    to senior management or clients.
