We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our team at IAL Saatchi & Saatchi. In this role, you will lead the creative direction of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are strategically sound, innovative, and impactful. This is not a design role it is about driving campaigns, managing creative strategy, and inspiring teams to deliver high-quality work that resonates with audiences and achieves client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and management of integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with strategy, account management, and creative teams to craft compelling brand stories.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Guide and mentor teams across copy, content, and creative strategy to ensure excellence.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend creative optimizations for better results.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply insights to strengthen campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising/brand communication, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in campaign management, creative direction, and brand strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns across multiple channels.
