We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to join our production and packaging department. The ideal candidate will assist in packing materials, handling slitted rolls, and ensuring all packaging meets company standards (SOPs). You'll be part of a growing flexible packaging company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack materials according to company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Handle and pack slitted rolls safely and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the packaging area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report any damage or issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all items are labeled, wrapped, and sealed correctly.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum education: BA / Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Experience in flexible packaging or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Must be physically active, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow clear instructions.
