Job Summary:

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction within the packaging industry. This role focuses on understanding customer packaging needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term business relationships to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the packaging industry (e.g., custom boxes, corrugated packaging, labels, etc.).
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product samples to clients.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity logs in CRM or other tools.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in the packaging or printing industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own conveyance preferred (for client visits).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs55,000.00 per month
