About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled CRM expert to join our team. You will collaborate closely with clients and our internal team, setting up and optimizing CRM systems, building automation workflows, and integrating platforms with tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier.

What You'll Do:

  • CRM Setup & Optimization
    : Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM systems for diverse clients.
  • Ideation
    : Utilise platforms like Miro to create customer journeys
  • Automation
    : Design and implement powerful automation workflows that drive business efficiency.
  • Client Training & Support
    : Provide hands-on training to clients, ensuring they can maximize the value of their CRM.

    : Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions.
  • Technical Skills
    : Experience with GoHighLevel and CRM systems
  • Communication
    : Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with clients.
    Capable of simplifying technical jargon for clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills
    : Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Team Player
    : Collaborative and able to work well in a fast-paced, remote environment.
