Job Title: Female Sales Representative (Night Shift)

Location: Khalid Bin Waleed Road, near Zeytin, Karachi

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (earning potential 100,000+ PKR per month)

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Sales Representative to join our fast-growing brokerage company. The role involves engaging with potential clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales performance to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Present company services, explain benefits, and close sales effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12 years of education).
  • Minimum age requirement: 20 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and email handling skills.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
