Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Fusion Ave Private Limited is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support and solutions to our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to ensure seamless client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicate professionally with U.S. customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor and record CCTV streaming as required.
  • Manage calls when other agents are unavailable.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in U.S. and British English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a night shift environment.
