Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.

Document sales activities, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
