We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of handling all aspects of marketing independently and will also be responsible for building and leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Build and lead a marketing team as the department grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
