Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Executive- Digital Marketing for our Pakistan based client to lead our digital marketing operations and drive customer acquisition campaigns. This role involves managing social media platforms, designing creative marketing campaigns, executing email marketing initiatives, and running paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms. You will also work with Creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to ensure high-quality marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow official social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Plan and design creative social media campaigns to boost customer signups and registrations.
  • Supervise the Creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to ensure content quality and timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns for audience engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate monthly reports, and recommend optimizations.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign deployment.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine strategies.
  • Propose and implement automation strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and eCommerce developments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager).
  • Experience designing and executing customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal communication).
  • Preferably with exposure to the USA market and eCommerce industry.
  • Strong creative sense and ability to oversee content quality.
  • Analytical thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
