We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Web Specialist with hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, Google Ads, SEO, and WordPress development. The right candidate will play a key role in driving online visibility, generating leads, and ensuring our website and campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns using insights and analytics.
  • Paid Advertising & Google Ads
  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on ad performance.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and campaigns.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for higher visibility.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • WordPress Development & Website Management
  • Maintain, update, and customize WordPress websites.
  • Ensure site performance, responsiveness, and security.
  • Implement SEO best practices on the website.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and install/configure plugins when required.
  • General Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports on website, SEO, and advertising performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and web development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
