About Experts Communication:

Experts Communication is a leading provider of IT and technology solutions for international clients. We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our client base and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Role Overview:

As a BDR, you will focus on prospecting, lead generation, and initial client engagement. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, persuasive, and motivated to create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, networking, and online research.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs and pitch relevant IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Closers and Account Managers to hand over qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and client interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in business development, IT/tech sales, or B2B lead generation preferred.
  • Strong research, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
  • Willingness to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
