Thokmandee is expanding its team and looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)

who is energetic, motivated, and passionate about driving growth. If you're someone who enjoys communication, sales, and building strong client relationships ; this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through
    cold calls, messages, LinkedIn,

and other channels.
- Conduct research on leads prior to making calls to ensure informed and effective outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify and explore new business vendors.
- Maintain and
update the CRM,

and have working knowledge of systems such as Zoho or HubSpot, ensuring all client interactions are properly recorded.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with leads

to guide them through the pipeline and convert them into mature prospects.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to support company growth.
- Finding decision-makers, setting initial appointments, and maintaining follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong and convincing sales pitch.
  • Knowledge of European B2B market trends; being bilingual is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to work comfortably on sales tools and CRMs.
