Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving customer engagement to achieve revenue targets. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Additional responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business Development and Sales
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data analysis is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the technology or software development industry is advantageous
