HR Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles (research, recruitment, and business development).
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, contracts, and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws across multiple regions.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and HR reporting.
  • Support employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Source, screen, and engage industry experts and decision-makers for B2B research studies, in-depth interviews, and focus groups.
  • Coordinate scheduling, incentives, and communications with research participants.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other recruitment platforms).
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 HR compliance and global labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
