Alibaba International Account Manager

Location: Karachi / Quetta (Remote or Office-Based)

Job Type: Full-time (8 hours per day)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer (inquiries and RFQ) on Alibaba International Station in a timely and professional manner.

  2. Actively develop and maintain new customers through (Alibaba, email, Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)

  3. Process sales orders, arrange shipments, and follow up on after-sales service.

  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  5. Upload, update, and optimize new product listings daily, including searching for new products.

  6. Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements for visibility and sales.

  7. Prepare sales and performance reports for management.

Job Requirements

* Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and spoken).

* Familiar with Alibaba International Station sales functions.

* Skilled in WhatsApp business communication.

* Experience developing clients via Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platform.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

* Ambition to achieve high earnings in cross-border e-commerce.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

* 1–2 years' experience with Alibaba International Station or other e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Daraz, etc.).

* Knowledge of SEO for product listings.

* Ability to edit product images using Photoshop/Canva or similar tools.
