Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven
E-commerce Account Executive
to oversee 20–35 active seller accounts while also driving new seller acquisition and sustainable sales growth for Cartlow. This role is highly commercial and revenue focused. The ideal candidate is ambitious, analytical, and an excellent negotiator, with a proven ability to scale accounts in fast-paced e-commerce and marketplace environments.

Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth

Manage a portfolio of 20–35 active seller accounts, ensuring growth in GMV, margins, and contribution.

Develop tailored growth strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships and exclusive deals.

Track account health daily (pricing, inventory, fulfillment, returns, penalties) and resolve issues proactively.

Seller Acquisition & Expansion

Identify, pitch, and onboard new sellers from priority categories to expand Cartlow's assortment.

Negotiate and close high-value deals with competitive pricing, commissions, and terms.

Drive SKU growth by expanding categories, introducing bundles, and improving assortment.

Commercial Strategy & Negotiation

Build and execute quarterly commercial plans with sellers (campaigns, bundles, discounts, flash sales).

Partner with sellers on exclusive seasonal promotions (Ramadan, Back-to-School, White Friday, etc.).

Secure improved margins, commissions, and product visibility through strategic negotiations.

Performance Analysis & Insights

Monitor and analyze key metrics: weekly sales, GMV, Buy Box win rate, return ratios.

Provide actionable recommendations to optimize seller performance.

Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends to maintain competitiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing to drive visibility through ads, campaigns, and promotions.

Coordinate with operations & logistics for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Work closely with finance on settlements, credit limits, and commission structures.

Reporting & Forecasting

Deliver clear weekly and monthly seller performance reports.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and growth plans to management.

Identify risks early and propose corrective measures to meet business targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in e-commerce, marketplace account management, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of managing 20+ accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with ability to close C-level deals.
  • Solid knowledge of marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.).
  • Data-driven and analytical with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Urdu.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.
