About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional with proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Amazon Account Management, E-Commerce Operations, and Customer Support. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple domains effectively, coordinate with teams, and drive growth across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and deliver ROI-driven results.

Manage Seller Central operations including listings, PPC ads, inventory, and reviews.

Optimize product rankings with keyword research and competitor analysis.

Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces and online stores.

Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams for smooth business flow.

Handle customer queries across channels ensuring timely and professional resolution.

Maintain brand reputation through proactive communication and escalation handling.

Develop reports/dashboards on campaign performance, sales, and customer feedback.

Work closely with management to align marketing and sales objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Strong exposure to Amazon Seller Central (listings, PPC, FBA, compliance).

Solid understanding of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or others).

Experience in customer support (email/chat/phone) with excellent communication.

Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple verticals independently.

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Work Hours: 1:00 pm to 10 pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs100,000.00 per month
