Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects from initiation to closure
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate between development, QA, operations, and management teams
  • Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when required
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Support resource allocation and project budget tracking
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure action items are followed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in project coordination within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams
  • Basic understanding of software development and testing cycles
  • Certifications such as PMP/ACP/Scrum Master (optional but preferred)
