Intersys Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Executive to support its day-to-day IT operations. The role involves providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and IT assets.
- Working Days: Mon to Fri (sat & sun off)
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Korangi
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and end-user support (hardware, operating system, and software).
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure connectivity.
- Configure and maintain network printers and other connected devices.
- Perform scheduled maintenance of IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for issue resolution when required.
- Ensure IT policies and security best practices are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common desktop applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
