Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technician, located in Karachi. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems. Additional day-to-day tasks include managing network configurations, providing customer service, and delivering IT training to staff. The technician will ensure seamless IT operations within the hospital.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and managing IT systems
  • Experience in providing Customer Service and IT Training
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Relevant certifications in IT or a related field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
