Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Manager Operations Theater at Sharif Trust, Sharif Medical City (SMC). The Manager Operations Theater will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the surgical theaters, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established protocols. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating with surgical teams, overseeing inventory and supplies, and ensuring the maintenance of equipment and facilities. The Manager Operations Theater will also be tasked with implementing quality control measures and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Strong operational management and leadership skills
  • Experience in healthcare management, specifically in managing surgical theaters
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality control procedures
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
