Position Overview:

The Executive – Warehouse will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, dispatch, and inventory management in line with company standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise inbound and outbound operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor daily stock movements, prepare GRNs, issue slips, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) and proper stock rotation to avoid product aging or damage.
  • Oversee the loading/unloading process ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.
  • Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and hygiene in the warehouse as per company standards.
  • Support in periodic audits, cycle counts, and physical stock verification.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, dispatch operations, and ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with stock handling, documentation, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
