Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Junior Human Resource professional. The selected candidate will assist in managing HR operations, support the implementation of HR policies, oversee personnel management, and provide guidance on employee benefits. Daily responsibilities include recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring adherence to company HR practices and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
