Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Consultant based in Lahore District. The consultant will assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, conduct employee training sessions, and provide support in shaping organizational policies and practices. Key responsibilities include performing staff assessments, managing HR documentation, supporting recruitment processes, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical skills in HR strategy, policy development, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in conducting training sessions, designing learning experiences, and managing HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members and clients.
  • Capability to analyze HR data, provide tailored solutions, and handle recruitment processes effectively.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively in teams, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in consultancy or HR-related roles is a plus.
