About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and hardworking HR Trainee
to join our team. This is a junior position, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and employee engagement activities.
  • Help organize training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Smart, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
