We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be active, smart, and strong in communication and client handling, with a passion for sales and market expansion. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting Fincera's premium range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Follow up on leads generated through CRM and ensure conversion to sales.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business development KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Candidates from reputed universities (LUMS, LSE, IBM,NCA, IBA or foreign graduate) will be preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relations (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be active, confident, and smart in work execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
