Business Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lahore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role includes developing and implementing business strategies to achieve growth targets and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients to drive revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential markets and business trends to expand the company's reach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and industry functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 
    3 years of relevant experience

in the energy sector
in business development, sales, or client relationship management,
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong market knowledge and business acumen.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
