The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential leads through personalized email outreach campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with potential leads as part of the outreach strategy.
- Build and manage outreach lists, monitor response rates, and optimize messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with business goals and offerings.
- Track outreach performance and report on lead generation efforts.
- Assist with sales materials, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.
Required Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
- Proven experience in email outreach tools and strategies (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills, able to craft effective, conversion-focused cold emails.
- Knowledge of lead generation best practices and CRM tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnel and outreach lifecycle.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with or selling to software or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing is a plus.
