Job Description
We're Hiring: Business Developer (Upwork Specialist) at Innova Synx. We are looking for a Business Developer with proven expertise in leveraging Upwork to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow technical projects. The ideal candidate has both business development acumen and a solid understanding of the technical landscape (MERN Stack, QA Automation, Workflow Automation).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Innova Synx's Upwork presence.
Identify, bid, and win high-value projects in web development, automation, and technical domains.
Write persuasive, client-centric proposals that highlight our expertise.
Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients to ensure strong relationships.
Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with project delivery.
Track, analyze, and optimize Upwork performance to achieve growth targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Developer on Upwork (minimum 2+ years preferred).
Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Excellent English communication skills (clear, professional, client-focused).
Familiarity with MERN Stack, QA Automation, and related technical fields.
Target-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker.
