We are looking for a passionate and self-driven AI / ML Developer (Mid to Senior) to join our growing team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a solid technical foundation who are eager to contribute to innovative AI-based solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

As part of our core development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven applications. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to take ownership of key project components.

Key Responsibilites:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications.
• Utilize Python libraries and frameworks relevant to AI and data processing.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Implement loops, conditional statements, and logic structures effectively.
• Manage files, packages, and dependencies efficiently.
• Apply a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms in problem-solving.
• Use
  Git
  for version control, code management, and collaborative development.
• Work with RESTful APIs, focusing on OpenAI's APIs for embeddings and ChatGPT models.
• Handle API authentication, error handling, and data parsing.
• Integrate external services and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
• Process and manipulate data in formats such as JSON, CSV, Parquet, and TXT.
• Use libraries like
  Pandas
  for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency during processing workflows.
• Use Command Line Interfaces (CLI) for testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Build and test applications using Flask or Django.
• Deploy and manage web apps for validation and demonstration purposes

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Python applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python programming fundamentals, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with Python libraries and frameworks for AI, data manipulation, and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven track record of designing and integrating RESTful APIs, with strong expertise in OpenAI APIs and related AI-driven services.
• Strong command of CLI tools for efficient development, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Solid experience in developing, deploying, and scaling web applications using Flask or Django.
• Expertise in Git and Git-based workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to mentor junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
