Role Description

This is a full-time on-site
role for a
Python AI/ML Developer
located in
Karachi
. The Python AI/ML Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, building and training models, integrating AI APIs into applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI in real-world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and optimize ML models (TensorFlow / PyTorch / scikit-learn)
  • Develop AI APIs & integrate with web applications or similar)
  • Create AI-driven e-commerce tools (Shopify API, abandoned cart recovery, sales prediction, campaign automation)
  • Apply algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Markov Models, and other ML techniques
  • Conduct research to enhance AI/ML capabilities for client and internal projects
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong Python development skills with AI/ML expertise
  • Hands-on experience with key Python AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Pattern Recognition is a plus
  • Basic frontend skills for API testing & integration
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • Prior experience in AI/ML projects (e-commerce experience is a bonus)

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    C++
    for performance optimization or low-level AI/ML implementations
  • Knowledge of GPU programming (CUDA)

  • Exposure to MLOps tools and deployment pipelines
