We are a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial and decorative coatings, offering solutions for diverse applications. Our portfolio includes epoxy coatings, chlorinated rubber-based paints, polyurethane paints, and a wide range of decorative paints. To strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell industrial coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber) and decorative paints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, dealers, and distributors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical/product guidance to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely collections and provide after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paint sales (industrial and/or decorative).
  • Strong knowledge of protective coatings, decorative finishes, and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
