Job Purpose:

To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their packaging needs, and coordinate with the production and design teams to deliver customized packaging solutions that meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management

Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the packaging industry.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and gather feedback.

  1. Sales & Marketing Activities

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  1. Order Processing & Coordination

Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams for order execution.

Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

  1. Market Analysis

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging packaging trends.

Prepare periodic sales and market performance reports for management.

  1. Promotion & Branding

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings to promote the company's packaging solutions.

Support the marketing team in advertising and promotional campaigns.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of packaging materials (paperboard, corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, etc.)

Good understanding of printing and converting processes

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Team player with strong coordination skills

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Packaging Technology (MBA preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years in packaging, printing, or FMCG industry

Performance Indicators:

Achievement of sales targets

Customer satisfaction and retention rate

On-time delivery performance

Profitability of assigned accounts
