Company Overview:

We are a leading name in the plastic household manufacturing company, proudly serving the market for over 40 years. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we are now looking to expand our sales team with a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) Modern Trade retail for our Rawalpindi / Islamabad operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients.

  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.

  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the region.

  • Provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Sales/Marketing preferred).

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.

  • Experience in modern trade retail sales and account management.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

  • Own transport is preferred.
