The Amazon Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a company's business on Amazon marketplaces (such as , Amazon UK, Amazon UAE, etc.). This role involves developing strategies to increase sales, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to drive revenue, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and market share on Amazon.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

2. Product Listing & Optimization

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content).
  • Ensure all listings follow Amazon SEO best practices.
  • Improve product visibility and conversion rates.

3. Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Optimize ad campaigns for better ROI.
  • Coordinate deals, coupons, and promotional activities.

4. Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor inventory levels, FBA shipments, and restocking needs.
  • Prevent stockouts and manage replenishment plans.
  • Oversee order fulfillment and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, ACOS/ROAS, buy box percentage, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

6. Compliance & Issue Resolution

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  • Handle listing suppressions, account health issues, and policy violations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong account health metrics.

7. Coordination & Communication

  • Work with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to support marketplace operations.
  • Prepare reports for management and provide insights for decision-making.
