Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - JDFL

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead JDFL into its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the company. This role demands a seasoned leader with a strong background in the regulated financial services sector, including Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), exceptional leadership capabilities, and a track record of successful management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the mission and long-term goals of JDFL.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that JDFL adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of corporate governance. Strong knowledge of NBFC regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators (SBP, SECP), customers, and employees.
  • Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation in products and services to maintain JDFL's competitive edge. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team and broader organization, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Review and optimize how departments collaborate to achieve company objectives.
  • Decision-Making: Make key strategic decisions affecting the company's direction.

  • Culture Building: Cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Who Will Be the Best Fit:
    Proven experience working with NBFC companies, with a thorough understanding of NBFC-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks.

  • Established high-level relationships with key regulatory bodies such as SBP, SECP, and other government agencies.
  • Smart, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to adjust to Chinese work habits preferred.
  • Minimum 11 to 13 years of senior management experience in regulated financial services, including NBFCs.
  • Strong public relations and networking skills with regulators and financial sector stakeholders.
  • Qualifications:
    MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
